Dr Elmer Lee & the staff are totally understanding & manage to create a really relaxing environment which reduces my anxiety significantly. I recently decided to switch dentists and try one close to home. After visiting Dental Paradiso, I realised I had struck gold! I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist than I do here. This is a testament to the entire team—dentists, nurses, and reception staff—who are all incredibly friendly and never fail to brighten my day with a little chat and a joke. (Plus, they have TVs on the ceiling, so you can relax and watch a good show while they work on your teeth!)
During my first visit, Dr. Elmer performed a comprehensive check of my teeth. He took the time to explain everything to me in a completely non-judgmental way, helping me understand which procedures would benefit me most. He also recommended a few small changes I could make at home and suggested some products to try. I’ve already noticed my teeth are whiter than before! From the start, they’ve been transparent about treatment plans and the associated costs, which gave me the opportunity to budget for my visits and choose the best options for me. They’ve been so kind and understanding about my financial situation, even offering flexible payment plan options.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough—it’s the best decision I’ve made in a long time!
