Dr Elmer Lee

Dr Debra Ong
Dr Ong’s holistic approach ensures that each patient’s needs are met with both professionalism and genuine care. Dr Debra is a compassionate and skilled dentist dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. With a strong foundation in the latest dental technologies and techniques, she specialises in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She is committed to continuous learning, regularly upskilling to stay at the forefront of advancements in dental care.
Her primary areas of expertise include:
- Comprehensive smile makeovers with up to eight veneers, composite resin veneers, and zirconia restorations using CAD/CAM technology.
- Invisalign and clear aligner therapy for severe crowding and complex cases.
- Root canal treatments, including complex cases with multi-canal molars, using Protaper Gold.

Outside of work, Dr. Debra enjoys hiking to the tops of mountains and tackling all sorts of DIY projects around her home. Her adventurous spirit and hands-on approach reflect her love for new challenges and personal growth.
Dr Rahma Anis
Dr Rahma Anis graduated from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2022 and began her career in the National Health Service, gaining broad experience in general dentistry. She moved to Perth in early 2024 and has been practicing locally for the past year, enjoying the opportunity to care for a diverse range of patients.
She has a strong interest in minimally invasive and aesthetic dentistry, with a particular focus on composite work. Rahma has completed additional training in Biomimetic Aesthetic Dentistry and clear aligner therapy, and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry.
Her approach is gentle and preventative, aiming to preserve natural tooth structure and help patients feel confident in their smiles.
Outside of work, she enjoys trying out new coffee spots with friends, playing padel, and cycling around the river.
Oral Health Therapist – Michelle Tran
Michelle is a friendly and dedicated oral health therapist who always brings youthful energy and a big smile to our team and patients. A graduate of Curtin University in Oral Health Therapy, her dental knowledge is beautifully complemented by her bubbly and lovable personality, making her an invaluable part of our team.
If ‘growth mindset’ had a face, it would be Michelle’s! Her positive outlook and constant eagerness to encourage, learn and level-up make her truly remarkable. Despite being the youngest member of our team, Michelle has the dedication of a veteran oral hygienist, and is always ready to lend a skillful helping hand. Our Osborne Park practice is where you will most often see Michelle, especially during her university breaks.

Introducing Kathleen, a Registered Nurse from the Philippines, who is deeply passionate about providing comfort and safety to patients. Her welcoming smile is sure to leave a lasting impression, as she goes above and beyond to ensure the utmost care. With over 7 years of experience in dental assisting, Kathleen has developed resilience in handling tough situations with ease.
Kathleen is naturally detail-oriented, and she finds great joy, excitement, and satisfaction in working alongside highly respected and talented dentists. Together, their common goal is to deliver patient-focused treatments using advanced equipment and machines, creating an exceptional quality experience for every patient.
Apart from her dental assisting expertise, Kathleen also enjoys exploring her talents as a Lash Artist, working from her calming and cozy home-based studio. During her leisure time, Kathleen loves indulging in Sunday brunches with family and friends, going for leisurely strolls, and treating herself to beautiful native flowers.
Dental Nurse – Shelie
Shelie is a vibrant member of the DP family, infusing our practice with her dynamic energy and passion for dental care. With a Cert 3 in Dental Assisting , Shelie has been a valued part of our team since 2017. She thrives in fast-paced environments, effortlessly adapting to any situation while maintaining her trademark warmth and enthusiasm.
With her bright personality, Shelie effortlessly connects with patients of all ages, particularly enjoying her time with children. She finds immense satisfaction in witnessing patients’ confidence blossom with their new smiles and takes pride in educating them on optimal oral health practices.
Always eager to expand her knowledge and skills, Shelie embraces every opportunity for growth and learning.
